Why is your jewelry mostly made-to-order?
We chose to focus on small-batch artisanal production because there is currently a lot of overproduction and wastage in the jewelry industry. By crafting our jewelry in small batches, it reduces the waste our atelier produces, as we make only the items that are in-demand. This also allows us to price our pieces more competitively, as we do not have to transfer the additional costs of extra labour, storage space and material over to our customers. Each and every one of our pieces is made intentionally and thoughtfully with the utmost care.
Do you ship internationally? How much will shipping cost?
We sure do! We even offer free international shipping if you purchase above 9000 NOK (approx. $850 USD). Otherwise shipping costs range from $0-$49 USD depending on the country we are shipping to. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. box addresses.
The free shipping order amount is above 4000 NOK (Norwegian Kroner) for Norway and Singapore.
Do I have to pay taxes and duties?
Prices are tax-inclusive (if you are located in Norway, Singapore, EU, UK, US, Switzerland and Australia). Taxes and duties will be prepaid by us and you will not need to pay any fees upon receipt of your parcel. For any other country, taxes and duties might apply upon delivery (please contact us for more information before you place your order).
Will I be able to track my package?
Absolutely! All your orders will be trackable and fully insured until it reaches your hands safely. We even require a signature upon delivery just to be extra safe.

What is the difference between artisanal & mass-produced jewelry?
Artisanal jewelry is crafted by skilled artisans—each piece is meticulously crafted with great attention to detail, creating a one-of-a-kind item. All of our artisans are extremely skilled and most of them have at least 10-20 years of experience in the trade. By supporting artisanal jewelry, you're helping to sustain their livelihoods and contribute to the local economy and cultural preservation. There is a meaningful personal connection and story behind each piece.
Why aren't you using 100% recycled gold?
In trying to balance the pros and cons of recycled gold and fair-mined gold, we decided to adopt a balanced approach where we use mostly fairly mined gold and supplementing the rest of our supply needs with recycled gold — an ethical gold sourcing mix. It is a multifaceted topic and we go in much more detail in this blogpost here.
Is recycled gold cheaper than mined gold and fairmined gold?
Recycled gold costs the same as earth-mined gold and fairmined gold costs 10% - 20% more than recycled & uncertified mined gold.
Are your diamonds conflict-free?
Our lab-grown diamonds and natural gemstones are sustainably sourced and produced, and our natural diamonds are conflict-free, ethically mined and in compliance with both the Kimberley Process Certification Scheme (KPCS) and the World Diamond Council System of Warranties (SoW). This means that on top of being conflict-free, the diamonds were handled in accordance with responsible business practices related to human and labor rights, anti-money laundering and anti-corruption.
Will my solid gold jewelry tarnish?
Nope! Solid gold (not plated) does not tarnish and can last forever. This is why we recommend investing in solid gold jewelry that you are planning to wear everyday, or for important heirlooms that you are planning to pass down generations.
How do you ensure that your jewelry is ethically produced?
Our atelier is certified by the Responsible Jewelry Council and we follow strict adherence to the RJC ‘Code of Practice’ that references key development frameworks, including the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, International Labour Organization (ILO) Principles, UN Global Compact and Sustainable Development Goals.
In addition, we do our due diligence, and choose to work only with artisans and businesses who share our commitment to fair wages, safe working conditions and sustainable practices.
Do you use eco-friendly packaging?
Most definitely! We use recycled paper and materials wherever we can to reduce our environmental impact. Our boxes and paper products are produced from recycled paper, water-based glue, and FSC®-certified cardboard and wood.
Our faux suede jewelry pouches are made from rPET, and our foam inserts are made of tall oil which is a sustainable by-product of kraft pulp manufacturing.
What is rPET?
rPET, recycled PET (polyethylene terephthalate) is a sustainable material made entirely from recycled plastic. It uses plastic waste that would otherwise end up in a landfill or polluting the environment. rPET is non-toxic, FDA-approved and can be recycled repeatedly.
What does FSC® mean?
The FSC® label means that the material used originates from an FSC®-forest where no more wood is felled than the forest can manage to reproduce, where the animal and plant life in the forests is protected, and the forest workers are trained, have proper safety equipment and receive a fair wage.
How do you give back to the community?
5% of our proceeds go to Trees for the Future - a nonprofit organization whose mission is to restore the environment, and end poverty and hunger by training farmers in regenerative agriculture.
Do you provide a warranty?
Don't worry, we've got you covered! We provide a lifetime manufacturer's warranty for all our solid gold jewelry pieces and a 2-year warranty for our silver and gold vermeil jewelry.
What is covered by your warranty?
Our warranty covers defects in manufacturing and workmanship. If any flaws did occur during the manufacturing process, we will replace or repair the item at no cost to you and replace any lost stones up to 0.15 carat once.
Manufacturing defects usually show up quickly, often within the first month of wear as the jewelry piece’s structure is compromised, and the vibration from wear will quickly work out any loose stones (if any).
What isn't covered by your warranty?
Our warranty does not cover theft, misplacement, normal wear and tear, damage caused by accident or improper use and the loss of diamonds larger than 0.15 carat.
How should I store my jewelry?
You should store them individually (not touching) in jewelry boxes that are made for long-term storage. Do not store your jewelry in our packaging boxes — these are only designed to protect your jewelry during transit, and not for long-term usage.
How do I clean my jewelry?
Mix a bowl of warm water with a few drops of mild dish soap. Soak your jewelry for 15-30 minutes. Use a soft-bristled toothbrush to gently scrub the diamond and the setting. Be careful not to apply too much pressure, especially if the jewelry has other gemstones or delicate settings. Rinse it with water to remove any soap residue and dry thoroughly with a lint-free cloth.
Do I need to take special care of freshwater pearl jewelry?
Yes please do! Freshwater pearls are organic gems that can be easily scratched or damaged so handle them gently and keep them away from harsh chemicals, perfumes, or cosmetics.
It is extra important to store your freshwater pearl jewelry separately from other jewelry pieces to prevent scratching. But avoid storing them in plastic bags, as they can trap moisture and potentially damage the pearls.
