Refund policy
14-Day Return for Stock Items
We have a 14-day return policy for stock items, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Stock items are items that are labelled "In Stock" or "Ready to Ship". We do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings due to hygiene reasons.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. Please note that all costs regarding shipping, duties or import taxes, are non-refundable.
To start a return, reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return or send us an email at support@fossandharper.com with your order number. Please note that returns will need to be sent to our studio in Oslo, Norway and your package needs to be shipped fully insured and trackable.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You are responsible for any fees and costs of return shipping and for carefully packing the returned items and ensuring that they reach us safely. Please clearly declare your package as 'returned goods' on the customs label and attach your order invoice on the outside of the package so as to avoid any tax or duties.
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
Made-to-Order items, Custom-made or Bespoke items are Final Sale (i.e., non-returnable, non-exchangeable & non-refundable) from the moment our atelier starts working on the order. Cancellations or changes to these items will only be allowed if our atelier has not yet started working on your item(s). Otherwise, returns or cancellations will not be accepted even though your item has yet to be delivered or crafted to completion.
Made-to-Order items are items which are only crafted after you place your order and made specially for you. Our listings for made-to-order pieces will state: "Please allow 6-8 weeks for your jewelry to be crafted in our atelier. This item is made-to-order and final sale."
Custom-made items refer to our existing designs which have been customized or personalized to your specifications. This includes length or size customizations, engravings and design alterations, etc.
Bespoke Items refer to pieces that have been completely made according to your specifications.
Sale/Discounted items and Giftcards are also non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Damages and Issues
If you should somehow be discontent with your item, please email us at support@fossandharper.com within 14 working days from receipt of your parcel so that we can try to make things right.
In the event you have received a damaged or wrong item, please email us at support@fossandharper.com within 14 working days from receipt of your parcel so we can repair your jewelry or make sure you get the right item delivered to you.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@fossandharper.com.
We provide a lifetime manufacturer's warranty for all our solid gold jewelry pieces and a 2-year warranty for our silver and gold vermeil jewelry.
