Shipping policy
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Free shipping within Norway & Singapore for orders over 4000 NOK, and free worldwide shipping over 9000 NOK. All shipments are trackable and fully insured until you receive your parcel.
Delivery times can vary between 5-14 working days depending on where you are located. Orders cannot be shipped to APO/FPO or P.O. Box addresses, freight forwarders or third-party delivery services.
TAXES AND DUTIES
Our jewelry ships from Norway and Singapore depending on where you are located. Prices include local taxes: MVA and GST respectively.
You will not be charged any import duties or additional fees or taxes if you are ordering within Norway or Singapore.
For international orders, prices are tax-inclusive (if you are located in the EU, UK, Switzerland and Australia). Taxes and duties will be prepaid by us and you will not need to pay any fees upon receipt of your parcel. For any other country, taxes and duties might apply upon delivery (please contact us for more information before you place your order).

UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
If your package has not been claimed at the post office within 14 days, Foss & Harper reserves the right to receive your order in return without refund.
Your package can be reshipped to you with an additional shipping cost.
